I’ve been having a hard time with soccer heading, doing good on rythm boxing, keep quitting on Tightrope Tension, got a 81 on Penguin slide, and doing great on jogging

yeah it does when you start it up you say how much you wanna lose say 5lbs a week everytime i play it it will tell you how much you have lost and how to lose more i.e which fittness to try and that my girlfriend has it and shes lost quite a bit of weight hope this helps
